To reserve your event date or confirm your order, a reservation fee/deposit may be required. Reservations are only considered confirmed once the agreed deposit has been received.

The reservation fee allows us to secure your schedule, begin planning, and prepare materials specifically for your project.

🌸 Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change.

If you need to reschedule, please let us know as early as possible so we can check our availability and discuss the best solution.

Cancellations made after production has started or materials have been purchased may not be eligible for a full refund, as many of our creations are personalized specifically for your event.

Every situation is different, and we'll always do our best to find a fair solution.

Delivery, installation, and event setup schedules are arranged in advance based on the agreed event date and location.

Please ensure that the venue is accessible during the scheduled setup time.

Any additional delivery requirements, parking fees, or venue charges (if applicable) will be discussed before confirmation.

🌸 Revision & Changes Policy

We want every project to reflect your vision.

Minor revisions before production begins are welcome.

Once designs are approved or production has started, significant changes may require additional time, materials, or charges.

We'll always communicate any changes with you before proceeding.

🌸 Damage & Liability Policy

For rented equipment, event rentals, or styled items, clients are kindly asked to handle all materials with care throughout the event.

Any loss, excessive damage, or missing rental items beyond normal wear and tear may be subject to repair or replacement costs.

For personalized handmade products, slight variations may naturally occur as each piece is individually crafted with care.

We love celebrating your special moments!

With your permission, photos of completed projects, event setups, and handcrafted creations may be featured on our website or social media as part of our portfolio.

If you prefer that your event or personalized items remain private, simply let us know — we completely respect your privacy and your wishes.

🌸 Force Majeure Policy

In the unlikely event of circumstances beyond anyone's control — such as severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, or other emergencies — we'll work closely with you to discuss rescheduling or the best possible solution.
